Â鶹´«Ã½ University's Procurement Office is under the umbrella of the University's Auxiliary Services, Division of Administration.
Its main role is to ensure that the acquisition of goods, services or works from any outside sources are appropriate and procured at the best possible cost to meet the needs of Â鶹´«Ã½ University in terms of quality and quantity, time and location. The Procurement Office's policies, as outlined in its Procurement of Goods and Services Manual (see below), are intended to promote fair and open competition for the University's business while minimizing Â鶹´«Ã½'s exposure to fraud and collusion.

Request for Proposal (RFP#2023-04) – Facility Management Services for Â鶹´«Ã½ University
Â鶹´«Ã½ University is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide full-service, comprehensive, and professional building management services aimed at maintaining and preserving the grounds and buildings on the Â鶹´«Ã½ University campus. The Â鶹´«Ã½ campus spans 37 acres and encompasses buildings totaling over 870,000 square feet of space. The buildings vary in age and condition and are fully or partially occupied.
