Tiye Barnes, '16, is the first recipient of a scholarship offered by Boston University's College of Communication which is allowing her to pursue a master's degree in public relations at no cost.  According to Thomas Fiedler, dean of the College of Communication, the scholarship was created last year through the generosity of a donor as a part of an effort to increase student diversity within the college . The scholarship allows one Â鶹´«Ã½ graduate the opportunity to receive their master's degree from BU's College of Communication.
